Ulsan Ulju World Mountain Culture Award for Reinhold Messner

The 10th Ulsan Ulju Mountain Film Festival (UMFF)

took place from 26 to 30 September 2025 in Ulsan and Ulju, South Korea. The festival, the first international mountain film festival in Korea, presented a variety of films, activities and exhibitions on the theme of mountains. Actress Kwon Yuri was the ambassador for this edition, there was a special programme to mark the 10th anniversary, and mountaineering legend Reinhold Messner was presented with the Ulsan Ulju World Mountain Culture Award.
