Kraków Climbing Award - Lifetime Achievement 2024

During the ceremony, which took place as part of the festival, Reinhold Messner was presented with the Kraków Climbing Award - Lifetime Achievement.

Reinhold Messner was the guest of honour at the 22nd Kraków Mountain Festival, which took place on 7 and 8 December at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre under the patronage of the Mayor of Kraków. The meeting at the City Hall was attended by the organisers Wojciech Słowakiewicz, head of the festival, and Piotr Turkot, programme director of the event.
