Reinhold Messner personally presents his documentary on the first Italian ascent of 1954. After an introduction, the

film screening will take place in the in-house cinema. The work sheds light on the tragic betrayal of Walter Bonatti and rehabilitates him against the first ascenders Lacedelli and Compagnoni.

The event is held in German and Italian on the Helm Terrace.

Admission: free. For the subsequent film screenings at the Reinhold Messner Haus, the admission fee is €25.
